Move beyond the basics and explore wine from the Bordeaux region of France. We’ll focus on exploring the main grape varietals of Bordeaux and learning about how terroir, wine-making choices and tradition impact flavors in these classic wines.

Location: Classes are held at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

NOTE: Please be advised that this some of our wine classes may take place on the upper level, which requires using stairs. Please let us know if you have mobility or accessibility needs that require alternative arrangements.

A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
