Move beyond the basics and explore a single varietal of wine. We’ll focus on exploring the flavors that develop in wines made from the same grape…learning about how different geographies, terroir and wine-making choices impact flavors.

Time: 2:45p.m. arrival / 3:00 Class begins

Location: Classes are held at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

NOTE: Please be advised that this some of our wine classes may take place on the upper level, which requires using stairs. Please let us know if you have mobility or accessibility needs that require alternative arrangements.

A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
