We’ll prepare Peruvian Chicken (with savory spices of cumin, paprika, garlic & lime), a creamy green sauce (Aji Verde) known for it’s vibrant herby & spicy flavors and herbed rice.

Reception begins at 5:45 p.m. where you will receive a complimentary Braise Bite and a drink. The class will begin at 6 p.m. in our culinary school!
