We’ll prepare Peruvian Chicken (with savory spices of cumin, paprika, garlic & lime), a creamy green sauce (Aji Verde) known for it’s vibrant herby & spicy flavors and roasted potatoes.

Please reach out to inform us of any dietary restrictions at least 72 hours in advance. We will make accommodations when possible.

Reception begins at 5:45 p.m. where you will receive a complimentary Braise Bite and a drink. The class will begin at 6 p.m. in our culinary school!

Cost: $90 per person

Time: 5:45 p.m. arrival / 6 p.m. class begins

Class Length: 2 hours

Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.

Location: Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
