Learn this iconic crowd favorite, Chicken Tikka Masala. Learn the iconic dishes of India; a crowd favorite, Chicken Tikka Masala. Chicken Tikka Masala is a curried dish made boneless chicken breast with ground spices, tomatoes, garlic, & yogurt to create a red, delicious sauce. Plus, Jeera Rice & garlic naan to add authenticity to any dish.

The class will begin at 6 pm but please arrive around 5:45 to enjoy a complimentary bite & drink before classes start.

Cost: $90 per ticket

Time: 5:45 pm arrival / 6 pm class begins

Class Length: 2 hours

Note: Classes are geared for 2 people per shared station (each person does need their own ticket, however). Students booking individually will be paired to work with a partner.

Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone to replace your spot. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
