Our Wine Basics class is the perfect starting point for curious beginners who want to feel more confident choosing, tasting, and talking about wine. In these fun and approachable sessions, we’ll focus on the essentials of white and red wines. Each class includes easy-to-understand lessons and guided tastings of several wines, helping you build a solid foundation while discovering what you like and why.  You’ll also enjoy a few snacks from the Braise kitchen.

Part 1 - Introduction to White Wines

Part 2 - Introduction to Red Wines

Cost: $90 per person (includes both class dates)

Time: 5:45p.m. arrival / 6:00 Class begins

Class Length: 75 minute classes on 2 consecutive Wednesdays

Location: Classes are held at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
