Our ‘Uncorking Wines’ classes focus on wine of a single varietal or from a specific region. The evening begins with a discussion and guided tasting of featured wines, focused on exploring the flavors that develop in different geographies and terroir. Afterward, you’ll enjoy a three-course meal paired with a glass of your favorite wine from the tasting.

Location: Classes are held at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
