EXPLORING OLD WORLD WINE CLASSES

These classeslook traditions of the Old World wine countries, focusing history, unique terroir, and local laws shape what we find in the bottles today. Through hands-on tastings, participants will decode traditional wine labels and gain a practical understanding of these historic regional styles.

TOPIC: Exploring Old World Wines (Spain & Portugal)

• Discussion & tasting of (3-4) wines

• Cheese, charcuterie & snacks from the Braise kitchen

Cost: $75 per person

Time: 5:45p.m. arrival / 6:00 Class begins

Class Length: ~ 2 hours

Location: Classes are held at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
