BEYOND THE BASICS WINE CLASSES

Move beyond the basics and taste wine varietals from around the world. We’ll focus on exploring the flavors that develop in wines made from different grapes from diverse geographies & terroir.

TOPIC: Beyond the Basics | Global Reds (Tempranillo, Malbec, Gamay, Merlot)

Includes:

• Discussion & tasting of (3-4) wines

• Cheese, charcuterie & snacks from the Braise kitchen

Cost: $60 per person

Time: 5:45p.m. arrival / 6:00 Class begins

Class Length: ~ 2 hours

Location: Classes are held at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
