Looking to advance your skills learned in the Semester at Braise 101?
Semester 201 is a 6-week course designed to expand upon skills learned in 101, focusing on specific dishes or topics each week.

Classes will be conducted every Tuesdays starting on January 13th until February 17th.

*Completion of the Semester at Braise 101 is required for participating in 201.

When: Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Cost: $900 a person

Course topics throughout the 6 weeks will include the following:

  • Bouillabaisse

  • Cassoulet

  • Mole Negro

  • Thai Curry

  • Ramen

  • Goan Fish Curry

Sit down to enjoy your finished dinner with Chef Dave and classmates following the Cuisine-based classes.

Although many of the topics covered throughout the semester are similar to those in our Braise Basic Series, all semester classes are more expansive & rigorous.

Cancellation Policy:60 + days advance notice: $150, 21 days + advance notice $250. Less than 21 days - non-refundable unless we are able to fill the canceled spot.
