Looking to advance your skills learned in the Semester at Braise 101?
Semester 301 is a 6-week course designed to expand upon skills learned in 101, focusing on specific dishes or topics each week.
Classes will be conducted every Wednesday starting on June 3rd thru July 8th.
*Completion of the Semester at Braise 101 is required for participating in 301.
When: Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Although many of the topics covered throughout the semester are similar to those in our Braise Basic Series, all semester classes are more expansive & rigorous.
Cancellation Policy:60 + days advance notice: $150, 21 days + advance notice $250. Less than 21 days - non-refundable unless we are able to fill the canceled spot.
