Class Length: 90 minute class on (3) Wednesdays

A series of (3) classes for food lovers who want to learn more about wines of the world and become more confident choosing wine from a menu. Each session features globally inspired plates from the restaurant kitchen served family style…accompanied by wine pairings and approachable discussion about what goes together & why.

Location: Classes are held at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.

To purchase a class using your Braise Gift Card, please make your reservation directly via e-mail at school@braiselocalfood.com - The cost of this class differs from the standard Braise Basics class, however the value of Braise Basics gifts cards can be used for this experience.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
