Topic: Peruvian Chicken, Aji Verde (green sauce) and Rice
Cost: $135 per person
Time: 1:45 pm arrival / 2:00 pm workshop begins
Class Length: 2 hours

In this workshop, instructor Kara Reske will guide students through preparing of your meal for 4 to take home and serve. Recipes and ingredients included as well as Bottle Pairing Samples.
Ready made options will be available to purchase day of to complete your meal:
Wine Bottle Pairings, Bread and Dessert.
Location: Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI, 53204.
To purchase a class using your Braise Gift Card, please make your reservation directly via e-mail at school@braiselocalfood.com - The cost of this workshop differs from the standard Braise Basics class, however the value of Braise Basics gifts cards can be used for this experience.
*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one week’s cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
