EACH STUDENT RECEIVES A TEXTBOOK, CHEF COAT AND APRON. THE COURSE CULMINATES WITH A GRADUATION DINNER, where THE STUDENTS collaborate with braise chefs to PREPARE A 4-COURSE MEAL FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS.
