  BREAKING DOWN THE BASICS. A wide selection of single session classes are available. Ranging from classic techniques such as Knife Skills or Stocks & Sauces, to cuisine specific classes like Mexican Street Food or Hearty Soups. These hands on workshops are designed to broaden the culinary horizons of any at-home chef.  Classes are taught by Dave Swanson (Chef/Owner) and Caitlin Prostek (Pastry Chef/As.MGR). Advanced reservations are required to attend.  Please Contact Caitlin Prostek with any questions.

Each student receives a textbook, chef coat and apron. The course culminates with a Graduation Dinner in which the students prepare a 4-course meal for their family and friends alongside the Braise chefs.  Spring semester registration has closed! . This hands on experience can be customized to suit the interests of your group.  Classes can also be paired with dinner. Your hands on class will teach you to prepare dishes. Later during a private dinner, these dishes will be served to your party.  Please email us for more information on booking your private class. *Please note there is a 6 person and/or $400 minimum*
