Tuesday, March 13th: WINE: Global Pinots


Oregon, Burgundy, Italy, New Zealand; think Pinots are all created equal? Taste how terroir, and varied wine making techniques create very diverse wines from all over the world.

Guests can expect to sample 4-6 different wines, which will be available to purchase following the tasting. A welcome bite, and light fare will be served throughout. 

Arrival Time: 5:45, 6:00pm class begins, approximately 1.5-2 hours

Classes are held at Braise Culinary School, located at Braise Restaurant, 1101 S. 2nd Street, Milwaukee, WI.

*A one-week (7 days) cancellation notice is required for a refund. No refunds or credits will be issued with less than one weeks cancellation. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Braise must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.
