Working his way up from a dishwasher to eventually leading the team as the Executive Chef of American Harvest, Chef Jordan Coffey knows every aspect of the kitchen.  After cutting his teeth under Springfield's August "Augie" Mrozowski, Jordan did a two year stint staging and studying at multiple top-tier restaurants in Chicago, accompanied by his future wife and fellow Springfield native, Aurora, whose drive, determination, and love of food made them the perfect match.  

After Aurora graduated at the top of her class at Robert Morris University's School of the Culinary Arts while simultaneously earning her Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, the two returned to Springfield with one goal: to bring a new face to the Springfield culinary scene.

Together, they elevate the idea of farm-to-table.  With two minds and hearts dedicated to the restaurant, they are able to take the experience of dining beyond your expectations and to a level not previously seen in Springfield.  Let their exquisite cocktails and inventive plates redefine central Illinois' culinary for you.
