We know, we know. Why would we do this to good beer? Remember though, great ingredients make great dishes. Learn with Chef/Owner Dave Swanson how some of the best Wisconsin brews turn ordinary dishes into something extraordinary. Samples dishes such as Steamed Mussels with White Beer and Guajillo Chiles, Smoked Trout and Corn Chowder, and more.



Reception begins at 5:45 where you will receive a complimentary Braise Bite. Class begins at 6 pm in our culinary school.
