Braise Restaurant is open to the public, but there is also the option to become a member, as we are Milwaukee's first Community Supported Restaurant (CSR)! This is an exciting new way to get involved while supporting your dining community, combined with the opportunity to partake in a variety of culinary experiences. Braise RSA (Restaurant Supported Agriculture) was created to make local, peak of season produce easily accessible to area restaurants. By working with area farms and restaurants in a cooperative effort, the RSA addresses obstacles that have prohibited restaurants from using local products, namely the time and cost associated with sourcing locally. The RSA also allows farmers to be fairly compensated for their hard work, while keeping their farms' identity intact.
Braise Restaurant sources everything from the RSA with the exception of 5 items: coffee, tea, spices, citrus & chocolate. For those items, we source from local businesses
who share the same philosophy & values.
