Honoring Steve and Marie Beiblele of Golden Bear Farm

Join us from Braise's third annual pig event!  The multi-course meal, each prepared by a different chef who is part of Braise RSA, will be enjoyed at a long community table.  Set at LotFotL farm, we'll dine outside as the sun sets.

Farmers Steve and Marie Deibele of Golden Bear Farm will be the guests of honor.  The evening's Berkshire pig was raised sustainably and quite happily in the rolling hills of Kiel, Wisconsin.  The side dishes will be prepared with local, sustainably-grown ingredients from participating Braise RSA farms, including LotFtoL.

This year's theme is swine meets wine. Courses will be paired with - you guessed it - wine.  Guests are welcome to bring alternative beverages, should they prefer brewskies with their pork.

Should the event sell out after your registration is received, you will be contacted and given the option to be placed on a wait list.
